I am a Chartered Accountant, the Managing Partner of Idris Ibrahim & Co, a Chartered Accounting firm. I hold a Degree in Accountancy and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA. I am a member of MICPA, CPA (Australia), and presently serve as a Vice President of the Association of Malay Chartered Accounting Firms (AMCAF).

More than 30 years of experience as both an external and internal auditor across various industries.

I am also an active member of MIA. From 1999 to 2012, I served as a committee member of MIA Sarawak. Between 2012 and 2015, I was the Regional Chairman of MIA Sarawak and also a member of the Public Practice Committee of MIA National. Currently, I am a member of MIA’s Insolvency Practice Committee and MIA’s President for Sarawak Chamber.

With more than 30 years of experience as both an external and internal auditor across various industries, I am also a registered company secretary and a licensed liquidator. My areas of specialization include evaluating internal control systems, insolvency practices, tax audits and investigations, and company secretarial services for selected companies, government agencies, and local corporations.
