He is a licensed holder of Approved Companies Auditor and Liquidator. Presently, he is the Managing Partner of the firm and in charge of Audit and Insolvency Practice and has been involved in consulting assignments, liquidation in both voluntary and court winding up, judicial manager and receivership tasks.

Wan Idris has more than 30 years of experiences as an external auditor for various industries on both government agencies and local corporations. Currently, he is actively involved in the student’s motivation program for the undergraduates from MARA University of Technology (UiTM) with regards on the Accountants’ Profession and Ethics. He is a Council Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) serving the public practice committee and insolvency practice committee. He has also been a Council Member of Association of Malay Chartered Accounting Firm since 2019.
